EHCA’s Chief Executive Officer, Richard McCourt, highlighted Ms. Bishop-Siland’s hands-on approach, highlighting her ability to coordinate housing placements efficiently and navigate complex reentry barriers. Ms. Bishop-Siland’s dedication has resulted in meaningful second chances and foundations for success in the community upon release from custody.
Ms. Bishop-Siland’s efforts reflect EHCA’s broader mission to support at-risk and under-served populations, including individuals reentering society, by recognizing and addressing critical needs. The ERRA program has strengthened EHCA’s partnerships with housing providers and community organizations, further expanding opportunities for those in need. Ms. Bishop-Siland’s work ensures that the program remains both efficient and impactful, setting a high standard for emergency rapid rehousing services in New Jersey.
